Don't stay here! This hotel has the worst value for money I have ever seen, out of staying at hundreds of hostels, cheap motels, and luxury hotels. There is black mold in the bathroom, my wife and I both got sick from it. The hotel wakes you up whether you like it or not with music in your room you can't switch off. There is heavy machinery or washing machines vibrating the entire floor, and these run throughout the night, which can be heard in bed even with earplugs. The room doors are so paper thin you can hear TV playing from another room across the corridor. The carpet was covered in suspicious brown stains. I have stayed in homeless hostels that were cleaner and quieter than this. Avoid this place.

If you are from Canada or US, this hotel is equivalent to a Best Western or Comfort Inn. Newly renovated our twin bed room not only had a desk but also two chairs and a table. Definitely was good value for the money and is maybe 10 mins away from the Nagano Station. Easy to find, get out of the station, you will see Don Q in front of you, go left and you will pass Hotel Metropolitan and keep walking until you get to a T intersection. At the top of the T go straight through a very short alley and you will see the Hotel on your left.

We spent just a night. The hotel staff was incredible attentive and friendly. They brought a basket with yummy snacks to choose from. The room was very spacious for the 5 of us. Typi al japanese room. Although the hotel was not brand new, it was very clean and comfortable. My children, we all did, loved the experience that was created by the amazing staff
