Fantastic location, Nagano is the most beautiful city. The rooms are basic and fine, very tight though. Staff were friendly and helpful. Storage area for luggage for before check in or after check out. Bathroom was squeaky clean and had a good sized tub. Would go back!
They could use with a bigger area for breakfast, they just isn’t quite enough room, especially when you come with your family. However, they do mitigate that by offering take out boxes to eat it in your room or away.

Parking arrangements for people that arrive on wheels.
Receptionist should check us in as a group instead of individual checking in in the kiosk.

Excellent location, late check in available, had washer and drier on site so we could do our laundry. Lots of little conveniences (coffee & tea machine, vending machine, pjs, toiletries) that we missed at first (they're near reception, not in the rooms) but made life easier.
Rooms are quite small and we had to book two rooms to accommodate a family of four. But for the price, I wasn't expecting much more.
