The property is behind the Pavilion Mall and connected by a skywalk which makes it convenient. The rooms are nicely furnished and look like the pictures. While I was staying there for 10 nights rates per night were slashed by half. Perhaps due to management shortcomings. Cleaning staff made sure to clean everyday. Gym on 10th floor well equipped and pool was empty most of the time.

Now the disaster. First night I found roaches in my room Next day they pop out again. They moved me in a different room. There is a strong smell coming from bathroom drain system that can be unbearable at times. Kitchenette did not have enough utensils. There is definitely room for improvement especially where management staff is concerned . Extended my stay for 1 night since second night . Found myself moved again in a different room. Packing and unpacking was frustrating . I had to cancel that extension and request a refund. The room was smelling like cigarette and AC was poor. Microwave not working. It went from bad to worse. Never coming back to this one, not worth the trouble.
