Location is superb. Close enough to the heart of Bukit Bintang but distant enough that the noise of the festivities does not bother your sleep.
Not exactly something that I disliked but rather something that would offer more convenience would be a laundry service. There is a coin laundry place within a 10 minutes walk though.

Overall a great place to stay. Great location, new and clean rooms. Agreeable staff. No deposit or additional charges.
Building is quite old and so are the windows. Lots of noise from cars, motorbikes and streetcleaners during the night.

De kamer in het hotel was het heel schoon, in en uitchecken ging heel soepel. Locatie is perfect om naar de klcc te lopen en naar het bekende shoppings gebied. Mocht ik ooit weer in Kuala Lumpur komen had ik hier opnieuw geboekt.
Je zit midden in de stad dus je hoort ook alles van buiten ivm het enkel glas is hou daar wel rekening mee. Voor ons was het geen probleem, wij sliepen er wel om.

Prime location in KL, walking distance to Pavillion, KLCC. Clean and modern room with lovely view of the city centre. It was newly renovated not long ago.
Lack of sound proofing in the windows. Despite living on the 12th floor but the noice from the road traffic was crystal clear especially with the motorbikes revving their engines. Could barely get any sleep but lucky I was moved from the corner room to the one next door which reduced the street noice a bit.
