The deco and furniture….simple and no hassle
1. We found baby cockroaches in bathroom in the master bedroom.
2. There is no parking at the property, hence it is a minus point. We almost got scammed by the parking attendant at the private parking opposite the property….He insisted that we pay by cash, the next day, he claimed that we did not pay until I showed him the dash-cam recording.

landry machine, and very close to good restaurant, big mall etc.
The water fixtures are a bit difficult to use, and late at night, hot water sometimes isn’t available.

The location was amazing!
The property was not clean. There were issues that were hidden such as a very leaky faucet, nonexistent/unsealed shower doors causing wet floors in both bathrooms, and mold. The owner denied the water problems until I brought up previous reviews from people complaining about the same issues. She ultimately provided a small refund upon my insistence.
