The view and size of the property and amenities the owner provided. Owner was very fast to respond and came onsite to fix aircon controller and other small issues.
Wifi was intermittent and even data signals were slow (maybe) building installation was not upgraded to higher speed. Shower filter wasn’t replaced hence water came out was a bit yellowish. Filter was very dirty. Handwash bottle detergent looks like it was topped up by dishwashing soap- same colour and smell. Not enough sockets to charge. Some are spoiled. Since a washing machine is provided, can provide clothes rack.
