Großzügiges Haus mit viel Platz. Ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden.
Tolles Schlafzimmer in der obersten Etage mit eigenem Bad.
Garage im Haus und 1 Parkplatz.
Super Lage - schnell an der Promenade und der schöne Park quasi gleich hinter dem Haus.
Für mehrere ist die Couch einfach zu klein. Diese sollte gestaucht werden, da die Armlehnen schon wackelig sind.
Kühlschranktür weist einen Rissschaden aussen auf. Bei feuchtem Wetter fehlt eine Fußmatte am Eingang. Wischmop zum selbstständigen wischen fehlte leider auch.
Man muss auch beachten, dass das Haus sehr hellhörig ist, das vom Wohnzimmer aus zum Treppenaufgang in die oberen Stockwerke, keine Tür vorhanden ist.

Bei Ankunft unbeheizt- Heizung funktionierte nicht!!! kein warmes Wasser !!!
