Perfekcyjnie

Wysoki poziom obiektu. Bardzo bardzo czysto. Zero grzyba czy wilgoci. Czajnik bez kamienia, jak nowy. Pokój idealnie zagospodarowany.

Jedyny minus to ogrzewanie. Rano było tragicznie zimno. Kaloryfery nie grzały. Nie wiem najwkiej zasadzie to działa ale po prysznicu nagle zaczęły grzać. W każdym razie nie było też tragedii, wystarczyło założyć skarpetki haha

Saubere Zimmer 😁

Zentral nahe der Promenade. Sauber und alles vorhanden. Allerdings ist es kein Appartement, sondern ein Zimmer mit Balkon. Leider wurde in der ersten Nacht eine Party im Haus gefeiert, was sehr laut war. Es gibt keine Rezeption. Aber die Einrichtung ist modern und geschmackvoll.

Die Balkone nach hinten haben keine schöne Aussicht.

Die Lage war super. Man konnte überall zu Fuß hingehen.

Es fehlte ein Jackenhaken, um die Jacken aufzuhängen. So musste man sie immer über den Stuhl hängen oder in den Schrank tun. Zimmer insgesamt sehr klein/eng. Nur ein Fenster ging auf Kipp. Der Blick vom Balkon war nicht so schön.

Sängarna hårda.Ingen ac.Ingen micro.Ingen brödrost.Ingen tvättmaskin.Fick köpa eget toapapper.Värden sade att man fick ett visst antal rullar per rum.Hela området var slitet,ruffigt,skabbigt.Låg en död fågel ute på gården.Spindlar i duschen.Mycket mygg.Vi åkte hem tidigare.Boka inte detta ställe.Jättedålig standard.

Obiekt bardzo przyjazny korzystajacym. Byliśmy 16 osobową grupą, Na naszą prośbę o przechowanie bagażu, obiekt zareagował bardzo pozytywnie. Wszystko na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo czyste pokoje. Polecam obiekt,

Das absolut schlechteste was ich in Swinemünde je erlebt habe . NIE WIEDER !!!!!!!!!!!

Also die Unterkunft ist definitiv nicht zu empfehlen. der Balkon mit Vogelkot , der Wäscheständer Komplett verrostet , in der Dusche lief das Wasser nicht ab . Die absolute Härte war jedoch die `` Küche `` . Das war nichts weiter wie ein 40 x 40 cm großes Regalfach im Schrank. Diese `` Küche `` beinhaltete lediglich einen Wasserkoche und zwei Tassen. Wir waren drei Nächte dort . In dieser Zeit wurde weder gereinigt , noch das Geschirr abgewaschen bzw. getaucht und auch die Betten wurden nicht gemacht. Wandhacken für die ( etwas muffig ) riechenden Handtücher waren auch nicht vorhanden. Übrigens , die Aussicht vom Balkon ( siehe Photo ) auf einen Funkturm war wirklich `` Top `` und das gerade mal ca. 8-10 Meter vorm Balkon . Daneben gleich ne riesige Baugrube . Also alles in allem die komplette Katastrophe. Wir haben schon viele Hotels / Pensionen in Swinemünde Bezahlt , aber diese Absteige ist definitiv die absolute Härte und in keinster Weise zu empfehlen. Bei einem Preis von 185 Euro für drei Nächte und zwei Personen , erwarte ich einen gewissen Standard und vor allem Sauberkeit.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war super.

Die Lage ist super, vor allem für diesen Preis! 5 min. zum Strand, 2 min. zur Promenade und Ahlbeck zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar bei einem Spaziergang. Alles, was man braucht, in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar. Das Zimmer war total sauber und das Bad auch sehr schön! Für den Preis kann man sich überhaupt nicht beklagen. Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterin ist auch spitze! Gerne wieder.

Die Entfernung zur Bahn ist etwas groß, aber man kann nicht alles haben. Die Lage ist dennoch super!

Bardzo miła Pani pracująca w recepcji. Fajna lokalizacja.

Niemiła i niegrzeczna właścicielka. Na 4osoby dostaliśmy 1 kartę do pokoju i omyłkowo syn zatrzasnął ją wychodząc. Był piątek 17:45 i recepcja była pusta, więc zadzwoniłam do właścicielki grzecznie informując co się stało i mówiąc, że w biurze nikogo nie ma, a musimy jakoś wejść do pokoju. Usłyszałam niemiłym tonem: Pani z biura już poszła do domu. Ja: Rozumiem, a jak możemy dostać się do pokoju jeśli karta jest w środku. Właścicielka nadal niemiło: Nie wiem!!! Byłam w szoku i nie wiedziałam co odpowiedzieć na taką nieuprzejmość , więc milczałam dając szansę na refleksję. Po chwili milczenia właścicielka spytała o numer pokoju i nazwisko. Podałam. Wtedy Pani powiedziała, że sprawdzi w rezerwacji i wyśle na numer telefonu z rezerwacji kod do szyfratora w drzwiach pokoju. Po 10 minutach otrzymałam kod i dostałam się do pokoju. Myślę, że szanując gości można było od razu grzecznie powiedzieć, że nie ma nikogo w recepcji, ale nie ma problemu i dostanę kod na telefon. Niestety taki sposób rozmowy pozostawił duży niesmak.
