Good but it could be improved

The location is in a very calm neighbourhood close to the beach. The room was good provided with kitchen gadgets.

The room floor was a bit dirty. I think the staff forgot to clean it, but in the bathroom we could find some cleaning materials and we cleaned it up by ourselves.

Sehr gute Zentraleund trotzdem ruhige Selbstversorgerunterkunft. ☺️

Sehr nah zum Strand und Flaniermeile, zum Park und zu den Outdoorsportgeräten. Obst-und Gemüse-und Imbissläden alles zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Unterkunft hat man seine Ruhe, bis auf tatütata und Möwengezänk...😅

Wenn das gesamte Haus vermietet ist, wird es vermutlich schwierig und eng mit dem Parken.

Die Lage ist gut. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für den kurzen Aufenthalt. W-lan war super. Bad, Boden und Oberflächen waren sauber. Vermieterin reagiert zeitnah auf Anfragen.

Das Geschirr war schmutzig, ebenso die Kochutensilien. Das muss besser vom Personal geprüft werden! Die Betten haben furchtbar gerochen. Entweder ewig nicht gewaschen oder es lag ein nasser Hund darin. Bettwäsche und Handtücher fleckig. Einige Dinge reparaturbedürftig.

Tolle Lage, aber....

Tolle Lage, man ist in wenigen Minuten an der Promenade/Strand. Parken und Check-In hat unkompliziert funktioniert. Raumgestaltung/Größe für den Preis gut.

Es ist leider wirklich sehr dreckig gewesen, hier wurde länger gar nicht gereinigt. (Dafür gab es immerhin eine kleine Entschädigung) Die Nachbarn waren extrem laut und Hunde ständig am Bellen. Wenig Ausstattung im Allgemeinen (Küche etc.)

Die Nähe zur Promenade und Wasser waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr nett . Die Größe des Zimmers gut für 2 Personen.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht so sauber 😔 schade eigentlich , aber wir haben dann selbst noch bisschen nach geputzt, wir waren eh nur zum Schlafen da .

Angenehme Unterkunft mit allem nötigen was man braucht

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Wir hatten soweit alles was brauchten für 2 Personen. Die Rezeption war sehr freundlich und auch per Mail hat soweit alles gut geklappt. Wir würden uns hier wieder einquartieren Man ist schnell an der Promenade und auch der wunderschöne Park liegt vor der Haustür.

Ein größerer Topf wäre gut
