Lovely apartment close to the beach

Great apartment, clean and including everything necessary (kitchen utensils, dishwasher, even beach chairs) in a top location, very close to the beach, restaurant, bars.. breakfast in the promoted cafe right below is also very good. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

There was a bit of confusion about getting the keys when we arrived but fortunately property management helped us quickly to settle it and everything went wonderful from there!

dog friendly accommodation, clean and spacious room with lots of light. the terrace is big. the bed was fine, not sure if the complains from other reviews were about the room i stayed in.. great location on the promenade, really close to the beach. the breakfast is good.

the shower smelled like sewer. it has a door so it didn't spread in the rest of the room. when the neighbour's child was crying i could hear it, but other than that the noise was more than ok. i stayed there early march but it was extremely warm in the room, so i'm thinking that the summer must be unbearable if it gets hot.

Very good stay next to the beach

Good location. The Promenade is right across the street. The sea beach is 5 minutes walking. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen amenities. To our pleasant surprise four beach chairs were also provided.

Providing shower gel and shampoo would make the stay more comfortable. Additionally a vacuum cleaner and washing machine would have been a bonus.

Comfortable spacious apartment 5 minutes from the beach

Nice, quiet and spacious apartment. Only 2 minutes away from the cozy beach promenade filled with restaurants, cafes and little stores. Beach only 5 minutes walk away, just across the road.

Beds were a bit worn and WiFi was too weak to use.

Alles in allem ein schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt!

Herzlicher Empfang, sehr ansprechendes und umfangreich ausgestattetes Apartment!!! Zudem gab es ein Überraschungspaket für unseren Hund!!!Reichhaltiges und schmackhaftes Frühstück!!

Leider war es auf Grund der tiefen Außentemperaturen und der direkten Lage über der Tiefgarage sehr Fußkalt! Das Café, in dem das Frühstück stattfand, war leider etwas klein - am 1. Tag fanden wir erst im 2. Anlauf einen Platz!

Unterkunft würden wir in dem Zustand nicht weiter empfehlen

Es gibt eine Rezeption wo die Schlüssel abgeholt werden. Es befinden sich Tiefgaragenplätze unter dem Gebäude. Direkt an der Promenade. Die Größe der Wohnung ist ansprechend.

Leider gibt es an der Rezeption davor keine freien Parkplätze, sodass man sich in irgendeine Einfahrt stellen muss. Bei unserem Aufenthalt war der Herd defekt, was uns besonders gestört hat. Wir wollten uns selber verpflegen und konnten somit zum Frühstück keine Brötchen aufbacken. Wir haben es angesprochen, es sollte nächsten Tag ein Handwerker kommen...welcher aber nicht kam. Es gibt aber kein separates Wohnzimmer, nur eine Couch in der Küche. Die Couch war zum Ausziehen, was aber auch defekt war. Im kleinen Schlafzimmer funktionierten nicht alle Steckdosen und es fehlte auch an Nachttischlampen oder ähnliches. Die Matratzen sind sehr weich und die Betten quietschen.

Pobyt bardzo udany.

Śniadania urozmaicone i dobre. Szkoda tylko, że w ofercie obiektu nie ma informacji, że śniadania są w innym budynku. Akurat w przypadku pobytu w zimie jest to dosyć istotne. Poza tym pokój bardzo dobrze przygotowany, aneks kuchenny wyposażony jak w opisie. Dojazd windą z garażu. Szybka obsługa na recepcji, wydanie kluczy i pilota do bram poszło naprawdę ekspresowo.

Można by lepiej opisac ofertę. Jest coprawda informacja o możliwości zarezerwowania parkingu, ale o mozliwości zarezerwowania miejsca w garażu dowiedziałam się dopiero od obsługi obiektu. Zimą naprawdę taka informacja jest istotna. Ponadto w ofercie jest informacja o prysznicu typu walk-in. Niestety brodzik w naszym wypadku był dosyć wysoki. Ktoś kto liczy na takie udogodnienie może mieć po prostu kłopot. Przydałaby się również wcześniejsza informacja o prowadzonych pracach remontowych w budynku. Pobudka z drzemki (w końcu mamy urlop) za pomocą wiertarki to nic przyjemnego.

gut aber bitte mehr auf die Ausstattung achten und diese warten

Kleinere Reparaturen wurden übersehen: Rollos am Fenster verklemmt, Halter für das Toilettenpapier lose, Abfluss im Waschbecken im Bad nicht frei, Duschkabine schließt nicht komplett (1 cm Spalt Fenster im Zimmer dichten nicht richtig, Heizung heizt nicht komplett hoch hoch lässt sich nicht nachts ausschalten. Bei offenem Fenster zum Schlafen leider Energieverschwendung. Ab dem zweiten Tag ab 9 Uhr Stemmarbeiten im Haus. Direkt neben dem Frühstücksraum; daher war das Frühstück eher schnell und laut.

Lage, Frühstücksbuffet, toller Ort, freundliche, zuvorkommende Mitarbeiter, sehr ruhig trotz zentraler Lage

Zimmer für 2 Personen mit 1,40 m Bett Doppelbett ausgestattet, aushaltbar, etwas größer wäre schön gewesen

Rundherum waren wir sehr zufrieden und können das Haus guten Gewissens weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben dieses Hotel bereits mehrfach besucht. Besonders gefällt uns der Parkplatz im Haus der sehr gut zu erreichen ist. Das Frühstücken findet nicht im Haus statt, ist aber keine große Anforderung an den Besucher. Hingegen ist das Frühstück sehr gut und das Angebot überzeugt auch Kritiker.

Da wir schon etwas älter sind hatten wir doch Probleme mit den sehr weichen Betten. Das ist jedoch eine subjektive Beurteilung, kein Mangel.

Świetna lokalizacja, apartament znajduje się w samym centrum Świnoujścia, tuż przy promenadzie i bardzo blisko plaży. Dużym plusem jest możliwość odbioru kluczy w recepcji oraz winda w budynku. Korzystaliśmy także z deski serów zamówionej do pokoju, była pyszna i zdecydowanie warto skorzystać z tej opcji! Z przyjemnością polecamy to miejsce.

Zentral gelegen, man ist sofort am Strand, die Wohnung im EG war trotzdem ruhig.

Riesige Baustelle nebenan, die ganze Nacht Lärm. Sehr kleine Küche, Bett in der Nische steht ungünstig, kaum im Rein zu klettern
