The apartment is close to metro and bus station (it takes about 30min by bus to City Center) , there are several restaurants and coffe places around it. The kitchen is well equiped, and the beds are comfortable. It has self checkin and the communication with the owner is very easy. I found it comfortable for a family of 4.
The apartment could use some updates, especially the bathroom. Also it is noisy at night due to the metro station. It is located on the 6th floor, the elevator is rather small.
