    A warm welcome drink and fast check-in created a positive first impression. The hotel thoughtfully accommodated interconnected rooms, making the stay comfortable for groups or families. Clean rooms with mountain views added to the experience. Breakfast was average, and travellers leaving early should note that packed breakfast options are unavailable. Restaurant staff behaviour occasionally felt rude, though underground parking added convenience.

    The room had an absolutely unbearable stench. Despite repeated complaints, staff merely sprayed air freshener, which only worsened the situation. The smell was so bad we were forced to stop using the bathroom altogether. To add insult to injury, the complimentary breakfast was dreadful—greasy Indian dishes with a very poor and uninspiring selection…
