    We had a wonderful stay at Abad Green Forest Resort, Thekkady. The property truly lives up to its name, offering a calm, peaceful atmosphere that keeps you remarkably close to nature. Its location is a huge plus—situated right at the starting of Thekkady Road from Kumily town, it's incredibly convenient, and the Periyar tourism ticket counter is just a 450-meter walk away. The hospitality here is excellent; the staff is exceptionally friendly, prompt, and highly coordinated. Our meals were neat, well-organized, and properly served, with a menu featuring a fantastic range of dishes from continental to authentic Indian flavors. The pool area is pristine and perfectly maintained—spending our evenings by the poolside was a truly relaxing experience. The resort also seamlessly arranged jeep rides for us on request. A flawless stay overall!
