Very spacious, comfortable rooms close to restaurants and shops and the entrance to Periyar tiger reserve. Staff were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast could be a bit hit and miss.

Great location near the park entrance
The reception was totally non existent.
the person in charge never was never at the desk during the day and replied at the phone after hours.
At the time of the reservation he offered to book the tickets at the peryar reserve for my group but kept postponing everyday saying he was busy and letting us down.
This service is something that all the hotels near the Peryar reserve offer and we were really disappointed by the lack of consideration of our host.
