I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Cabbage Hostel.
I paid 1,000 for laundry service, and most of my clothes were dark-colored. Unfortunately, my towel and shorts were ruined because the laundry was mixed with red-colored clothing, which caused the color to bleed onto my things.
What made the situation even worse was the way the staff handled it. There was no apology, no compensation, and no attempt to take responsibility. I was simply told, “It happened, it happened.”
For a paid laundry service, this is unacceptable. I expected basic care for my belongings and at least an apology when something went wrong. I would not recommend using the laundry service here
