Don’t go there if you want to sleep well in a cozy and clean bed. 1/10

The location was very close to what I needed, but other than that the place was bad. And it doesn’t look like in the photos

The room I was in smelled bad. When someone entered their apartment my door sounded like someone is trying to get inside, which is something you don’t want to hear at 23:00 when trying to sleep. I had hair on my pillow which is not normal, because it’s expected to be cleaned, it probably wasn’t

At first it’s a little confusing on which house/ door to enter because there are other house with the same at the ot

Budget friendly, close to the centre, Wi-Fi, Aircondition, safe & quiet place

Mosquitoes at night & the stinky smell from the drainage especially if you’re sleeping at the bed close to the toilet but it’s only at night. I only have 2 small sachets of shampoo/ body shower for my 3 nights of stay, I wasn’t able to ask for more because I’m always outside.

Very nice stay close to my favourite coffee house "coffee dream"

I liked the location - there was close by everything I need ( I especially enjoyed the coffee house "coffee dream" which is just around the corner ). The room looked very nice and it had a TV. There is a WiFi available as well. The property is quite close to the Kalemegdan so I enjoyed going there.

Only that was a quiet site.

Very unmaintained apartment. It smelled like urine inside. The beds were not clean. The pipes at the sink were not fixed. The toilet lid was not clean when we arrived. It seems that the owner no longer has the resources to maintain the apartment

Good

There's no better host than Ivan. He was really helpful and kindest person ever. Even though we made a mistake while booking he tried to find us room according our needs as a family. The area looks bit awkward but it's safe. Nice old restaurant Stara Hercegovina served an amazing breakfast. Even though it might not be a perfect place, for us was fine as we are not picky nor demanding too much.

Good location, with about 15-20 minutes walking to the Trg Republike and Knjez Mihajlova. Big supermarket nerby as well as bakeries, kafanas, small shops, etc. Free parking is available at the accommodation. The host was really friendly.

Ivan was a great host and it was a pleasure to meet him. He was so helpful and pleasant, which made our stay very comfortable.

For undemanding, traveling by car, short staying guests.

Easy to find, close to the city center, nice staff. Free parking right at the front of the hotel. Shops, bars, supermarket, restaurants 500 m away. Quiet neighborhood.

I was sleeping in three beds room so there was plenty of space but for the entire family there is only small wardrobe and any place to store bags. Rooms are old, rather torn out but beds are still comfy enough.

Pleasant staff

Rooms very small, not spacious, falling doors from the shower cubicle, collapsing toilet flush, open ventilation duct, inconvienient bed, small towels, room like in communism, definitely not value for money, rate given as a price-quality ratio, please do necessary repairs if you want more customers or lower prices of the room, definitely is not worth to stay here for such big money, I didn't take pictures of the room, room no 7

Good just to sleep a night

The host was very kind. He prepared a tea for me when I arrived. He was willing to help for anything.

It was not the most comfortable, especially the sheets. Neither it was the cleanest. There was many mosquitoes and a cockroach in my room.

Exceptional

Ivan is a wonderful host. The hostel is 20 minutes on foot from downtown and you'll never find this for so cheap. Rooms are clean and with AC. I warmly recommend

Very positive owner, nice location

I booked a room with double bed, but they put me in a room with 3 single beds. When I asked why they explained that there's no water at the entire neighborhood, so they couldn't prepare the double room and the triple room was clean. By clean they meant hair, mold and dust everywhere, especially in the bathroom. Shower was missing one of the doors, TV didn't work and the blackout curtain was too narrow to cover the entire window.
