Lit confortable Taille de l’appart Linge de toilette largement disponible Rangements en quantité Métro tout près L appart pourrait être super mais il y a des choses à revoir : propreté , épurer la deco …
3 étage difficile à accéder avec des gros bagages . Voisins bruyants ou murs mal insonorisés . La vaisselle encore dans le lave vaisselle à notre arrivée . Aucune vaisselle vraiment propre dans le placard , tout à relaver La douche coule plus par le tuyau que par le pommeau Les robinets cuisine et salle de bain sont mal fixés et bougent Les joints de carrelage de la douche sont encrassés Le sèche serviette est piqué de rouille Plan de travail très haut et placards hauts vraiment trop hauts . Pas de micro-onde Il faut marcher sans chaussure mais il y a un seuil pour la cuisine où on s éclate le pied sans arrêt .
