The location was excellent and the apartment was very clean. The beds were very comfortable and staff were lovely and responsive.
It was small for our family as we are a family of five.

Nice area and reasonably sized appartment (considering it is in Tokyo).
Could have been a bit cleaner, and the beds/lining/towels were not high quality (in our opinion). We also struggled with warm water (as the heaters had to be turned on manually). Landlord responded a bit slowly.
