Family Apartment Andrea

I’m giving a 10 because of Andrea who worked so hard to make sure our stay is comfortable and enjoyable, when we first arrived the temperature was soaring 44 degrees, one of the warmest days in the area, the a/cs struggled to operate as they are supposed to, but Andrea made everything to ensure that the a/cs have worked properly in the following days, she also brought a nice little fan so that it help moisture the weather a bit as it was too tough to handle.. As a way of apology, she brought us a very kind breakfast in the Morning, that was so cute & nice of her, we can’t be more grateful of what she has done to ensure the remainder of the stay was great and enjoyable. I’m sorry that we had to come on this warm day where it was not fair to Andrea. About the apartment: its BEAUTIFUL & has everything you need, its very spacious and well furnished & decorated, don’t expect to stay in an ordinary apartment, it actually looks much much better than the pictures, and the shower room is fantastic with HUGE bathroom, this is one of the best rental apartments I have ever stayed in. Highly recommended & if you ever want to come and visit Valencia and would like to escape the crowd, go for this one, you won’t regret!

Tout était parfait, depuis la gentillesse et la ponctualité de l'accueil, jusqu'à la qualité des prestations et la facilité de faire le Checkout à la sortie. La climatisation, pièce par pièce de l'appartement a été extrêmement agréable, surtout en cette période de canicule où nous y étions.

Rien, puisque tout était parfait.
