I phoned the host as I got to the property. A friendly lady from a few doors away came and opened up, showed me around the apartment and handed over the keys. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Everything about it was top quality; bed, linen, all fittings and cupboards, i.e. kitchen, bathroom. All utensils were to hand; coffee machine, kettle, toaster, pot, pans, crockery, microwave, ceramic hotplate, washing machine. There are 2 huge flatscreen TVs (living room, bedroom) with internet TV etc. WiFi is available and free to use. There is a sign on the wall that reads - This is your home! - and it really does feel like it! I will definitely be looking up this apartment first next time I'm in Carihuela.

Not a dislike, just some info: The apartment requires a EUR 250 refundable deposit which is made by bank transfer. Obviously, transferring money from the UK to Europe incurs costs due to the currency difference. The deposit was transferred back to my account within a couple of working days, and to my pleasant surprise, the whole transaction ordeal only cost me about GBP 8 - absolutely well worth it for a fantastic apartment!

Alles is aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf. Gelegen op steenworp afstand van boulevard maar toch in een rustig straatje. Voordelig parkeren dichtbij Volop eet en drinkgelegenheden rondom.

Geen venster in slaapkamer (frisse lucht)

Ontbijt was vlakbij het appartement.

Rolluik ging maar een klein stukje open. Zodat we niet goed buiten konden kijken. Kwam gelijk iemand maar kon het niet maken. Het is op een perfecte locatie. Ook strandlakens aanwezig.
