The property is a stones throw from the beach. The apartment contains a living area, bed, bathroom and small kitchenette with fridge, hob, utensils, kettle and a coffee maker. Wifi is available, just turn the router upside down to find the password. The balcony overlooks the beach and promenade. All very clean. The apartment is on the first floor and is served by stairs and a lift. I visited in mid-December so the beach front establishments were mostly closed for the season but due to the location there is easy access to the old town and carehula beach, both of which are well served with bars and restaurants. As a resident you have access to the lift next to the gato bar, this will take you to the top (almost) of the cliff, access through the tunnel to the right of the apartment block. A fob on the keyring is used to summon the loft.

Be careful when closing the balcony door from the outside as there is no way to open it from outside if it clicks shut. Luckily when I accidentally slid one side closed the other sliding door was still unlatched. The mattress wasn't the comfiest I've ever slept on.

Fantastic balcony overlooking the sea. Located in prime position next to the boardwalk that runs for miles.
