La Roca Sea View Apartment

Pros: - The apartment is close to beach. You have a few steps and then you can take a private lift to go down to promenade and beach. - Private parking. In mid June we did not have problem with parking. Maybe in july-august could be some problems, but i think you can park very well outside the barriers in the complex. - The view from apartment was surreal. Even it's on the second floor, it feels like you're on the 11th floor (due to the high elevation) - Communication with the owner was very good and the information received was clear. - The pool was nice and well maintained but the schedule was a little bit weird. (it opens from 12 to 20). You have almost all you need (2 AC, fridge, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine).

Cons: - The bedroom has a small bed (around 140cm). And in the living you don't have any blinds (only a curtain in balcony, but you can't make very dark in the morning (if you want to sleep on the sofa). - No mosquito nets - The apartment door is old and pretty hard to close. - The complex is right near "Gay area" in Torremolinos so the beaches and nearby terraces are full with Gay people. It wasn't a big problem for us, but it's good to know to go a little bit further for the beaches or restaurants if you don't feel ok with them.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren nicht besonders praktisch.

Dans un immeuble au charme suranné qui surplombe la plage, cet appartement est refait a neuf avec gout, très bien équipé et tres propre. La vue de la terrasse est incroyable sur la baie et les montagnes. La réception de la résidence facilite le check in and out a toute heure, il y a un service de bar et la piscine est très agréable après la plage. Le propriétaire est très courtois et arrangeant. Je recommande vivement.
