Vivi and Kostas were very welcoming to Otium. They gave some excellent advice on beaches and places to visit and even provided fresh vegetables grown on their plot! We will certainly be coming again next year!

Cannot say there were any faults

Everything! From the owners, Mrs. Vivi and Mr. Costas, to the apartment itself, and the patio and that view! Oh my! This was one of the best locations we ever stayed at. Spacious, sparkling clean, the ACs immediately cooled the place after coming back from a long day outside. The whole house is done very well and furnished with great taste! Lixouri is 8 min away, with supermarkets, coffee places (we loved going to coffeeology, their Kawa coffee is excellent). Mr. Costas recommended a few local tavernas to go for dinner, we liked all the recomendations, especially Lighthouse that is 2 min away by car.

Truly, there is nothing bad to say.

We’d like to extend our sincerest gratitude to Kostas and his amazing family for such a welcoming and pleasant accommodation. The residence has been, without a doubt, perfect with a breathtaking view of the sea right from the terrace. Everything was clean, tidy, and beautifully decorated. The hosts have been lovely, eager to make us feel at home, and always ready to help. Otium Residence is by far the best place to rent if you wish to visit Kefalonia.
