About this house rental
A comfortable property for 6 people with a large salt swimming pool and a great view of the Château de Manaurie. Situated very close to Les Eyzies, the "world capital of prehistory", its location makes it ideal for discovering the many tourist sites of the Périgord.
A well-equipped 3-bedroom countryside house on two floors.
On the ground floor, the front door opens onto an open-plan dining room and kitchen. From the kitchen, a door leads to a very spacious covered balcony equipped with a dining table, lounging area and charcoal barbecue. Behind the dining room, a stone archway leads to a large lounge with a pool table.
On this level you will also find a laundry room, a bathroom with toilet and a twin bedroom.
From the living room, a large wooden staircase leads to the first-floor mezzanine, where there are two double bedrooms, each with a spacious en suite bathroom.
Outside, the pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture, sun loungers and parasols, perfect for relaxing by the pool.
All in all a good sized property offering very comfortable accommodation and furnished to a high standard. Its central location makes it ideal for discovering the many delights of the Périgord.
