About this house rental
Magnificent property of 9 people with swimming pool and garden of 3000 m² in an exceptional environment on the Vézère Valley.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 dining room and a living room + kitchen. Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you are far from the roads: absolute calm is offered to you!
The house overlooks a 5x10m swimming pool with deckchairs and parasols and a large private garden.
The house is typical of the Périgord architecture and is maintained with care. One of the bedrooms is in a cottage right next to the house. The upstairs bedroom is recent, its access is via a path behind the house.
In the house, a dining room and the kitchen area open onto the terrace which is protected from the sun by a large awning. Large tables allow you to share your meals with 10-12 people. Right next to it, the living room and the kitchen are very well equipped. Another kitchen is available in the cottage if you want more proximity to the pool. Barbecues and electric plancha available.
Numerous outdoor spaces allow you to enjoy the setting and the garden: several terraces, relaxation area with deckchairs around the pool.
Several walks from the house allow you to visit pre-historic and panoramic sites in the Vézère Valley.
The house is 5 minutes from Les Eyzies (prehistory museum, Grand Roc cave, canoe rentals), 10 minutes from the Gouffre de Rouffignac, 25 minutes from Sarlat and the Lascaux Caves, 45 minutes from Périgueux.
An ideal house to enjoy with family and friends a holiday full of nature, rest and visits to the caves and castles of the Perigord.

Maison spacieuse et pleine de charme dans un bel environnement paisible.
Petits et grands en ont bien profité et la piscine a recueilli tous les suffrages.

La maison correspond bien à l'annonce (descriptif et photos). L'environnement est très calme et il y a une très belle vue.
La maison est proche du centre bourg, et de nombreux chemins sont accessibles directement de la maison.
Le seul point négatif que nous avons relevé concerne le ménage. L'entreprise de nettoyage n'avait pas eu le temps de terminer à notre arrivée, et plus généralement la maison mériterait un bon nettoyage en début de saison.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable malgré le temps qui n’était pas au rendez-vous. La maison est magnifique et très fonctionnelle. L’emplacement est idéal, au calme complet. Le dépaysement est total !
L’accueil et le départ ont été très sympathique.
Nous étions un groupe de 8 amis de 24 ans et nous recommandons vivement ce bien.

Nous avons passé 10 jours très agréables au Cyprès du Brel.
Nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison: une vraie maison de famille nichée dans la verdure !
Les pièces de vie sont très spacieuses et lumineuses, la très belle terrasse équipée d’un store et surplombant la piscine nous a permis de prendre nos repas à l’extérieur, et les chambres toutes équipées de salles de bain et WC privatifs sont un vrai plus.
Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !
