About this house rental
Detached country house located in the town of Rouffignac Saint Cernin in the Pays de Jacquou le Croquant, in the Vézère Valley, close to all amenities. First rental: summer 2025. Very well equipped, it will offer you a most pleasant stay and great comfort. The house is on two levels with, on the first level, a kitchen open to the dining room, an adjoining living room with TV, two bedrooms (one single and one double) and a shower room with toilet. Upstairs, two double bedrooms and bathroom with toilet. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot/cold).
Cleaning is at your expense (carried out by you before departure), but we can offer you a flat rate of 100€ for the cleaning of the entire cottage.
Outside, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside, a terrace for your outdoor meals, a plancha and a swimming pool. You have the possibility to park two vehicles in front of the house. The place is safe and quiet.
