The building is located directly behind the dike, so you can reach the fine sandy beach and the promenade in just a few minutes on foot. A special highlight of this apartment is the unobstructed lake view—you can enjoy a magnificent view of the water from both the living area and the balcony.

The living and dining area features a sleeper sofa, two comfortable armchairs, a dining area for up to 4 people, and a practical kitchenette equipped with everything you need for self-catering. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (180 x 200 cm) and ensures restful nights.
The new, modern bathroom with a shower offers contemporary comfort. The beautiful balcony invites you to relax and offers a fantastic view of the North Sea—perfect for breakfast with a view or quiet evenings.
