Die Lage ist top. 10 Minuten bis zur Duhner Spitze und Promenade.
Küche sehr sporadisch, WLAN laufend ausgefallen, , Bad für Erwachsene nicht geeignet, da sehr klein. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis nicht angemessen

Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer tollen Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten vom Duhner Strand entfernt.

Der Strand ist innerhalb weniger Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Sauberkeit sowie die Instandhaltung der Immobilie lässt leider zu wünschen übrig und passt absolut nicht zum Preisleistungsverhältnis. Die Bilder haben mehr versprochen. Es sind täglich Kellerasseln rumgelaufen, mit Kind und Baby äußerst unangenehm. Die Küchenausstattung ist leider auch sehr schlecht. Das Bad ist extrem klein und die Treppe sehr steil.
