Welcome to your little home by the North Sea! This cozy vacation home at Christian-Brütt-Weg 12 in Cuxhaven-Duhnen offers plenty of space for up to 4 people across approximately 80 m² and two floors. With a fireplace, private terrace, and adjoining garden, it’s ideal for families, couples, and, of course, a vacation with your four-legged friend.
Cozy living with a fireplace
In the spacious living room, two sofas provide plenty of room to relax. After a long walk along the North Sea, you can make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the cozy atmosphere of the fireplace, especially on cooler days.
A TV and radio are available for entertainment. You’ll also find a selection of games and books in the living room. Perfect for a cozy game night with the family or a few quiet hours of reading if the North Sea weather isn’t cooperating.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare your own meals while on vacation. Amenities include, among other things, a capsule coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Dishes, pots, and other kitchen utensils are, of course, also provided.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, and toilet. Convenient for a longer stay: a small washing machine is also available for your use.
Sleeping on the upper floor
The bedrooms are located on the first floor of the vacation home.
The bedroom features a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 180 x 200 cm, where you can relax wonderfully after an eventful day of vacation.
The second bedroom is particularly well-suited for children and is equipped with two single beds, each measuring 90 x 200 cm. This means the vacation home offers comfortable sleeping arrangements for a total of 4 people.
Private Terrace and Garden
A nice bonus is the vacation home’s outdoor area. The private terrace offers plenty of space to sit outside together, have breakfast, or wind down a relaxing day of vacation in the fresh North Sea air.
The garden borders directly on the terrace. Here, there’s plenty of space to relax, and your four-legged friend can also look forward to some open space.
Visitor’s Tax
As the property owner or rental agency, we are obligated, on behalf of the City of Cuxhaven, to collect the applicable visitor’s tax and remit it to the City of Cuxhaven.
In addition, we charge a service and processing fee of 3% of the nightly rate for handling and processing the booking.

Hinweis: Bed linens and towels are not included in the room rate. Upon request, you can conveniently add a bed linens and towel package for €30 per person. This way, you can arrive relaxed and travel light.

- three dishwasher tablets
- two trash bags/ recyclable bags
- one dish towel
- one roll of toilet paper
