The spacious, loft-style design has been thought out down to the last detail and offers a wonderfully comfortable, open space to unwind.
The modern and fully equipped open kitchen area is cleverly integrated into the dining and living area. From here, you can access the bathroom—which features a floor-level shower—the sauna room (infrared sauna), two bedrooms, and the terrace, which offers a magnificent view all the way to the North Sea.
Beach swimming, mudflat walking, watching big ships, strolling along the promenade—you can head right out from here. The beach is “truly” just a few steps away
Our recommendation for spring and summer: Be sure to enjoy a fish sandwich followed by a large scoop of ice cream.
Our recommendation for fall and winter: Take a deep breath of fresh air and clear your mind, then be sure to enjoy a fish sandwich before heading to the apartment’s own infrared sauna to warm up nice and cozy. — Life can be so beautiful.

The apartment is in a fantastic location, just a stone’s throw from the beach. The evening view of the sunset from the terrace is a dream. In terms of amenities, nothing is missing—everything is provided and in more than sufficient quantity.

From the very beginning, we felt completely at home in this wonderful and very tastefully furnished apartment. We really didn’t lack for anything—the amenities were well-thought-out and high-quality, making us feel right at home immediately. We were particularly thrilled by the perfect location right on the beach. This allowed us to enjoy being close to the ocean every day and reach everything conveniently on foot. The underground parking garage was also a big plus, as it made parking completely hassle-free and very convenient. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and can wholeheartedly recommend the apartment.
