About this house rental

Non smoking house in a quiet location in a weekend house area. First occupancy in July 2013. Approx. 3 minutes' walk to the beach and 5 minutes' walk to the Ahoi bath and spa facilities, 15 minutes' walk to the center. 3 bedrooms (1x double bed 1.80m, 1x double bed 1.60 and 1x 2 single beds), a small bedroom on the ground floor with 1 single bed. 1 shower room on the ground floor with a shower 1.40 m wide and 1 shower room on the upper floor. Light-flooded living area with kitchenette with fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and dishwasher, dining area and internet-compatible flat screen TV. Furthermore, 2 flat screen TVs in the large bedroom on the upper floor and in the single bedroom on the ground floor. HWR with washer and dryer. 3 parking spaces at the house. For the little ones there is a cot, high chair, handcart and kindergarten furniture, the garden is fenced, loungers, seating and a grill are available. In addition, a beach chair on the beach is available for seasonal reasons.

Sehr schönes, familienfreundliches Haus

Ein sehr schönes gemütliches Haus mit großen Schlafräumen und 2 Duschbädern. Das Haus und der eingezäunte Garten sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Lediglich ein Sonnenschirm fehlte. Sowohl die ruhige Lage des Hauses als auch der kurze Weg zum Strand mit eigenem Strandkorb haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben hier eine Woche mit zwei Kindern ( 11Monate, 5Jahre ), einem großen Hund und 4 Erwachsenen verbracht. Es war ein fantastischer Urlaub.

Tolles Haus in toller Lage Auch wenn das Wetter nicht so mitgespielt hat, kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen in diesem Haus Auch der Strand ist nicht zu weit entfernt. Einziges Manko, der Fernseher im Wohnzimmer hängt etwas sehr hoch, aber ansonsten ist dieses Haus einfach nur zu empfehlen

Tolles perfektes Haus

Wir waren begeistert und kommen gerne wieder! Besonders haben wir uns über die großzügige Küchenausstattung gefreut, hier war wirklich alles vorhanden. Zum Meer ist es nur ein Katzensprung, im Schuppen nebenan fand sich sogar Sandspielzeug. Trotz stürmischem Wetter war es ein gelungener Urlaub!

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochenende in einem sehr gepflegten und gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Alles ist gemütlich eingerichtet, so dass wir uns gleich wohl gefühlt haben. Auch für eine Gruppe ist es gut geeignet. Zu siebt wäre es aber zu eng gewesen, zwei hatten kurzfristig abgesagt und bis 6 Personen ist es komfortabel.

Mit dieser Unterkunft waren wir sehr zu frieden. Die Lage, die Größe und die Ausstattung waren für uns ideal. Fussläufigkeit zum hauseigenen Strandkorb sowie der schöne Strand waren unschlagbar. Kleines Manko: Die Betten (Matratzen) könnten etwas härter sein, ansonsten gab es nichts zu meckern!

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus. Sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ruhige strandnahe Lage und daher kurzer Weg zum hauseigenen Strandkorb. Wegen des kleinen Gartens und seiner günstigen Lage ist das Ferienhaus gut für Ferien mit Kindern geeignet.

Das Haus liegt direkt hinter dem Deich am Rand von Duhnen (Richtung Sahlenburg). Bis zum Strand und zum Ahoi-Bad sind es nur wenige Gehminuten, bis ins Zentrum velleicht 10-15 Minuten. Das Haus wirkt neuwertig, hell und hat einen kleinen Garten. Bollerwagen, Strandspielzeug, Grill, Strandkorb (Haus+Strand) sind vorhanden. Wasserkocher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Senseo sind vorhanden => wobei die Senseo leider defekt war. Insgesamt ist die Ausstattung sehr gut und das Haus modern+chic eingerichtet. W-Lan ist mittlerweile auch inklusive. => Prima! Verbesserungsvorschlag wären noch Fliegengitter an den Fenstern und evtl. einen Tropfen Öl bei Fenster und Türen ;-).
