Eigentlich suchten wir nach einer Ferienwohnung, die sich nicht in so einem großen Wohnkomplex befindet. Aber letztendlich haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und sauber - trotzdem empfehle ich den Eigentümern demnächst mal einen neuen Teppichboden zu spendieren. Nichts ist eklig, aber es gibt eben Flecken.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich recht groß. Es ist auch reichlich Schrankplatz vorhanden.
Die Gemütlichkeit der Wohnung wird durch die Auswahl von bequemen warmfarbigen Möbeln, durch viele angenehme Lichtquellen, durch schöne Bilder und dezente maritime Dekoration erreicht. Auch die Vorhänge tragen zu einer Wohlfühlatmosphäre bei. Und obwohl Sommer war, konnten wir die Heizung anstellen, was auch notwendig war, da wir sehr schlechtes Wetter hatten.
Die Wohnung ist nicht hellhörig - von den anderen Mietern haben wir nichts gehört und kurze Begegnungen im Treppenhaus waren durchweg freundlich. Von der Straße wenig Lärm - häufiger Pferdegetrappel als Autos.
