This fourplex is within walking distance to the beach, just across 3rd Street, and near many bars and restaurants. Definitely big enough for 2 people, and I believe would be comfortable for 4. A workable, useable kitchen. Convenient washer and dryer. Very mid-century, I very much enjoyed the terrazzo-inspired tile in the bathroom. Easy check-in and check-out. My only complaint would be the cleaning products used in between guests. The smell was overwhelming when we checked in, I had to open the windows. And when I got home, all my clothes, luggage, even my Kindle, smelled like the cleaning products. However, I would stay here again, as it was in a safe neighborhood and very close to everything in JAX Beach.

Everything was perfect. The property manager was great. Could use a few more towels. They have done a bang up job of renovating.

This was a beautiful redone property. The kitchen was well stocked with the essential cookware and had a nice grill and outdoor picnic table. The beds were very comfortable. We were meeting our son who is base at Mayport naval station. The unit was reasonably close to the base. It had great restaurants and the beach within easy walking distance.
