About this house rental
Enjoy Jacksonville Beach from this spacious townhouse that lends itself to privacy with all bedrooms having ensuite baths. You will be just a short walk from the beach that is sure to create a lifetime of memories. We have beach toys for the kids, beach chairs, and bikes for our guests to use while staying at our home. There is an outdoor shower that comes in handy after a day at the beach and a great landscaped backyard to enjoy with family or friends. The home has a washer and dryer on the first floor.
We have Roku TVs throughout the home so bring your passwords for your streaming accounts and keep up on all of your shows. The WiFi is fast enough to work remotely while on vacation if needed.
The first floor of our home includes the garage, laundry room, and a bedroom with bath.
There is a convertible sofa on the first floor that converts to a full size bed. The living room and kitchen are on the second floor and the two main bedrooms are on the third floor. The master bedroom has a King bed and a balcony that has an ocean view! The upstairs guest bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bath.
For safety, we recommend not overcrowding the balconies (max 6 people on balcony at one time). We lived here ourselves for a year and found the neighborhood to be quiet and friendly. We ask that between 10pm - 7am our guest observe 'quiet time' where there is no talking on the balconies, music playing, or gathering outdoors on the property.
All of the 'beach' amenities such as bicycles, beach toys, beach chairs, and BBQ grill are complimentary. We would appreciate notification if one of the amenities such as the grill is not working and we will do our best to remedy the issue. However, it may not be possible to be repaired during your stay.

This house was amazing, not only was the decor gorgeous but it literally has everything you need.( towels, linen, hand soap, trash bags , bikes, toys, games, etc.). The owners really thought of everything. The house in itself was very clean , spacious,,and fresh.The outside was also very kept up and maintained.The proximity to the ocean was also very convenient. ..the owners kept in contact with us throughout our stay to make sure all was well and offer suggestions on local events..We simply adore this property and will definitely book again. If u r looking for something clean, close proximity to everything, and beautiful..this is the place for u...it won't dissapoint..
