The unit sits on the second floor (stairs required) and features two queen beds — one per bedroom — plus a pack-and-play for little ones. One full bathroom serves the unit. The layout is open and easy to navigate: a full kitchen, comfortable living area, and a private backyard patio where you can fire up the grill after a long beach day. Recently renovated throughout.
The full kitchen handles real meals — no paper plates here. It's stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, a Nutri-Bullet blender, dish soap, and pantry basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil. The in-unit washer means you can pack lighter for longer stays. The backyard patio is a family-friendly spot for evening dinners without leaving the property. Beach towels and chairs come with the unit — one less thing to haul from home. 1 Gbps WiFi keeps everyone connected.
You're a 7-minute walk to the Jacksonville Beach Pier and 3 blocks from the sand. Salt Life Food Shack is a 4-minute walk for casual seafood after a beach day. We had a wonderful long weekend in Jax beach and really enjoyed all aspects of our condo. First, the place was the cleanest unit we have ever stayed in. Felt good to walk in after a day of traveling to a clean unit, very comfortable beds and all the special amenities. The kitchen and washer and dryer were all updated. I especially appreciated the full Brita in the fridge. Super nice touch and we didn’t need to buy water bottles! We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach . Oh and the beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were so appreciated! We parked the car for the weekend and walked to so many amazing restaurants. It was fun to grab a drink at the bar at the Margaritaville hotel. The beach access ramp was close and convenient. We will definitely come back to stay here. The communication with the management company was easy and prompt. Overall this was just top notch!
