Family friendly 1/1 condo located on the Intercoastal Waterway. Our condo is a 5 minute walk to the Indian Rocks Beach access and Beach Trolley pickup and we are boat accessible from our private dock.
This space sleeps 4 guests, with 1 King sized bed & 1 queen sized pull out sofa bed.
Our cozy condo has 2 smart TV's, Wi-Fi, Keyless self-check-in, AC/heat & kitchen stocked with essentials. Your living room has French doors leading onto the patio & shared communal dock.

Me and my mom had a very nice quick trip to check out the area. The cottage was decorated adorably and was nice and clean! Was a great stay!
