Our home is ok after Hurricane Helene and Milton. Enjoy a spectacular Florida vacation in this modern 2 story bungalow with 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms providing a large 1668 sq feet of space not counting an epoxy floored garage (800 sq ft). We are surrounded by the inter coastal waterway providing a beautiful landscape for your vacation. There is a community dock next to the Intercostal so you can paddle board and kayak off our community floating dock. The pool and hot tub are right next to the townhome so super convenient. We have brand new luxury pool chairs and tables so you feel like you are at the spa. Beautifully decorated with modern touches only wood flooring and tile no carpet. This renovated home features brand new everything (wood flooring, furniture, beds, linens, new kitchen equipment). You will feel at home in an Oversized Master Bedroom suite with its own balancony & incredible views. This large master king suite (400 sq ft) is located on the 2rd floor and includes a king bed with luxury linens, 2 night stands, a 55 inch LED flat screen TV, a large dresser, a desk and chair. It also features an ensuite bathroom with a double sink vanity, deluxe shower, and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom has two xl twin beds (easily convert to 1 king bed) with a flat screen TV, 2 nightstands, dresser and 2 closets. It has an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub. The 3rd bedroom has two xl twin beds (easily converted to 1 king bed) with a flat screen TV, 2 nightstands, dresser and 2 closets. It has an ensuite bathroom with deluxe shower. All bathrooms have hairdryers and makeup mirrors. 1st floor has a gourmet kitchen with every bell and whistle! The kitchen has granite counter tops, stainless steal appliances, brand new oven & stove with many settings including air fryer, brand new refrigerator, wine rack, fully stocked kitchen utensils including high speed blender, instantpot, high end cookware, upscale wine glasses, china, cutlery and other miscellaneous kitchen equipment. We There is a large open seating dining area with a large dining table that seats 6 people. We provide tablecloths and napkins for the dining room table. Open connected living area has natural lighting from 4 different windows and a view on the pool. The living room has new Macy’s furniture including a very comfortable classic sofa sectional (seats 6), a large 75 inch LED TV, sound bar, DVD and additional chairs. There is also a 1st floor balcony off the living room with two chairs and a table overlooking the pool area where you see beautiful sunrises with your morning coffee. We have games, books and puzzles for family nights around the dining room table. Entertaining is fun in this open concept layout where you can chat with friends and family as you prepare goodies in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer locatedin the1st floor. Italian tiled patio on the ground floor with everything for outdoor entertaining. It has an outdoor sectional couch, tables, chairs, with an outdoor bar, flat screen TV, stainless steel grill with 4 burners and outdoor lighting for evening dinners. So much fun to watch your favorite football games while you enjoy our outside area. Our home has high quality linens and towels, including Hotel Collection sheets and duvets from Macy’s. We have fluffy towels and beach towels. We provide guests with cleaning supplies and everything you need to get your vacation started in the kitchen and bathrooms and utility room. No one will need to fight to watch their favorite football game or TV show., we have a total of 5 TVs, high speed wifi, living rooms sound bar, Alexa Echo speakers, DVD player and You Tube, Netflix and Amazon applications on the TVs. We have a 2 car tandem garage with epoxy floor. It has a 2nd stainless steel refrigerator with ice maker, which is great for storing beverages and extra food. Our tandem garage is well organized with everything you need to have fun with your family and friends. We have all the extra toys needed for your stay at IRB Beach Bungalow. We have 4 beach cruiser bikes to tour around on the bike path or on the beach. They have baskets to hold towels, phones, etc for a great sunset hop to the beach. We have 2 paddle boards, 1 kayak, 1 beach wagon, 6 beach chairs, and beach toys and games and a beach sun cabana. We also have a portable baby crib. There is also a drive way where you can park a car. We have short term guest parking for Sunset Bay residents for friends and family to visit. We have a brand new AC system that is quiet and extremely cooling. We have a water softening system that makes all the difference for showers and washing clothes. The Sunset Bay community has new luxury landscaping that makes it look like a resort. The Sunset Pool and Hot Tub are the true star. It is heated in the winter and cooled during the summer. With our small community it is never crowded and has lounge chairs and regular tables and chairs with umbrellas. More than anything you can walk everywhere in IRB. We are a few minutes walk to IRB hot spots, Crabby Bills, Kooky Coconuts, Guppys, Ie team and coffee shops etc. We have a community dock for fishing or watching the dolphins or manatees. Our Sunset Bay Community is very safe. Minimum rental is 30 days with HOA application approval. Our townhome is a low use rental mainly used as a family vacation home so we have stocked it with high quality items and everything is in stellar condition.
