The beach is just a few steps away! This non-smoking, 5th floor beachfront unit is located in Gulf Shores. It comfortably sleeps 6 and features approximately 800 sq ft of living space. The master bedroom has direct balcony access, a King bed and full bath. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, twin bunks and a private bath. There is also a sofa bed in the living room. Enjoy a direct view of the beach and pool on the 8' x 20' covered balcony. Just one mile from The Hangout, this unit is centrally located to restaurants and shops.
This unit is under new ownership beginning December 2022. The unit features a 55" television in the living room & new mattresses on each bed. Bunk beds are solid wood.
Owner will provide code for check-in and will be available during your stay for questions or concerns
No pets allowed
Community Parking fee ($35) added to each booking
A starter supply of soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dishwasher pods are provided.

I absolutely love this property Just steps away from the beach We stayed oceanfront The view was amazing The comdo had everything you need l would definitely recommend staying there l will definitely book again
