• There will be significant amounts of noise and dust generated at various times during the project. Loud work will begin after 8 am and not exceed past 5:30 pm.
• There will be construction debris, materials, and equipment visible around the contained work areas and designated construction areas in the parking lot.
• During the preparation scope of work at exterior vertical flat walls, there will be flying debris at times caused by wind and other factors; however, we will do our best to contain such factors. We ask owners/guests to be mindful of this and help mitigate potential risk by taking a methodical approach to parking their vehicles. Please do not park in any area where there are cones, barricades, or other caution tape restricting access. We do have vehicle covers to help if needed.
Edgewater West 23 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the 2nd floor with breathtaking Gulf-front views from the enclosed balcony.
• The enclosed balcony is accessible from both the living room and the primary bedroom.
• Tile flooring runs throughout the entire unit.
• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats six, with two additional barstools for extra seating.
• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.
• The living area has a queen-size sofa sleeper.
• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed.
• The second bedroom features a queen-size bed and a twin bed.
• Enjoy convenient check-in and check-out with keyless entry—no long lines required.
• Parking is available for a maximum of two vehicles.

The location of this room was fantastic! Literally just a few steps from the beach! Being on the second floor saved this vacation because the elevator was out most of the week. Located near the center of everything, getting to restaraunts and souvenir shops were very close. The property managers were curteous and responsive. Cleanliness was a bit lacking, and the kitchen furnishings were about average. Internet speed was pretty bad most of the time--Netflix was frequently hard to watch because it lagged a lot--every few minutes during the day & prime time.

The condo is old run down with raggedy furniture which all needs to be replaced. So many things wrong. The couch in the closed in porch is not fit for dogs. All the furniture needs to go! Elevator broke 2times in 5 days. Trash chute is always jammed full. Refrigerator freezer door does not shut and pops open ruining frozen items. Close parking and nice view we’re the only good things. The A/C unit has a governor on it so you can only turn it so low, not your desired temperature.
