About this house rental
Come enjoy your vacation in this beautiful new construction 4 story home with an elevator accessible from every floor. 6 bedrooms, 10 beds with 5.5 bathrooms. All rooms have every amenities you could need. TV in every bedroom, high quality linens, towels/washcloths included. This house is around a 5 minute walk to the beach and comes with private beach access. 1st floor when you walk in the door there is a room for hanging out. On the 2nd floor there are 3 bedrooms, one king room with a private bathroom, bunk room with 2 bunk beds (3 twins, 1 full) with a connected bathroom, and one bedroom with two twin beds. On the 3rd floor there is 3 bedrooms, 2 kings with private bathrooms, and 1 queen with a private bathroom. On the 4the floor there is the kitchen, living room, dinning table and a half bathroom. There is a deck which wraps around the whole house and has steps going up or down for every floor which leads to the pool area. You have a gorgeous view of the ocean from the front of the house and the sound side from the back. The backyard has a 15x30’ pool, 6 person hot tub, a dock, dining area outside, fire-pit all fenced in. There is an outside kitchen with a fully size fridge, and a propane grill. You have private dock for boat or canoe, Private beach access across street to the beach. House has secure fence all around. Very quiet north end of Topsail Island but close to new restaurants and groceries within 3 miles. House comes fully stocked with linens, towels, beach towels, started toiletries, and starter paper products. Pets are allowed with pre-approval 35 pounds or less, the pet fee is $250 per animal. Please only let pets in the designated pet grass area and in the house. Please no pets on furniture. Pool heating is available with an additional $500 fee for your whole stay.

I really liked the house and the decor. The bedrooms and bed itself was amazing. I slept very well at the home! The levels of the home are very well organized and easy to get from one location to another. The king bedroom next to the kids' rooms were a good option for us. The negative aspects of the home were:The outlets in the kitchen were very weirdly arranged. There were no electrical outlets for the toaster or coffee maker on the counter so those items had to be placed on the island where we were doing food prep for Christmas Eve. There were some minor damages to the kitchen island that could have been easily fixed.The soundbar didn't work correctly with the TV. The property manager said we needed to download an app to make it work, but that didn't fix the problem. The house was clean, but it was the type of clean that was "surface only". If you swept the floor or wiped the counter you would find dirt. I left some items behind. The property manager was quick to let me know about it, but it was a hassle getting these items returned. The items included prescription drugs so it was important to have them returned in a timely manner. I will receive them 10 days after I checked out. I do appreciate them being returned to me, but the property manager offered originally to meet me at a public place to return them, then requested that I go to her house (she wasn't home) and was pretty rude in the exchange showing me a tracking slip where the items were shipped back to me.

House is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and Samantha was totally responsive for all of our issues. Having arrived just after a hurricane, we had ants but she called an exterminator and that helped. The ants, though never gone, were reduced. Exterminator said Topsail is a giant anthill. Recommend spraying tires of cars parked for long periods. Sam had to call pool guy twice-it was cloudy from rain. Came on Tuesday. Next door renters were having a drunken obscenity filled argument in the hot tub at 1:30 am were spoken to by Sam and we didn't hear a peep afterwards (other than loud obscene deck music that was not our choice with small children around). Bath towels are thin and small, bring your own if you want. Also, if you need to bake a cake or make lasagna, bring pans. Could use 2nd icemaker, we had to buy ice. Ground floor is yellow terrazzo with a 2 inch lip which is very difficult to see. My husband tripped and ended up breaking his big toe and straining his achilles. I'd recommend painting or putting a reflective strip on the lip so it is more visible. The 4th floor living area got old, going from pool deck to fix lunch, etc, but it is such a lovely view and screened in porch was a great relaxing area to end the day with a beautiful view over the sound. Elevator was slow, but reliable. It hides on the second floor and never stays on ground or top floor, just comes when you call. Leftover beach chairs/toys/floats were plentiful. Highly recommend this house!
