This two-story house sits just a few steps from an access point to Crescent Beach, where it enjoys views of the Atlantic Ocean in one direction and the Wells National Estuarine Research Reserve in the other. You can stroll to Moody Beach (half a mile south) or Wells Beach (half a mile north), or hop in the car for a quick, scenic drive to Ogunquit (four miles south) or Kennebunkport (nine miles north).
Very comfortable set up for up to 8 guests within this home allowing everyone to have their private nook. 1st floor bedroom (right of the living room with a queen size bed) is a great plus for anyone with mobility issues.
Full Bathroom makes it convenient for bathing even the youngest of swimmers and allowing everyone to simple enjoy each others company.
The open concept dining and kitchen allow for a great entertaining space and flows freely onto the deck outside with extra seating. Two bedrooms upstairs with a 1/2 bath complete this home and its pleasant and peaceful setting.

The deck views alone make this place worth the stay. It felt very spacious for five of us and gave a sense of home. I could here the oven from bed ! The walk to the beach is easy and fast. With the Wells Lobster pound nearby we chose to skip the waiting and enjoyed our meals on the patio overlooking the wildlife reserve. Five stars and plan on booking again !
