A lot of little things where missing in the apartment.
An incomplete list of missing things
- a knife for bread
- tools for cooking. i had to buy myself and left it there.
- not enough tabs for the dishwasher (two for 4 people for 5 days)
- no working heater in the bedroom
- rarely enough bags for the garbage
- the remote for the main TV is rarely working. i used my mobile as an universal remote. I guess not every guest knows this option.
The communication is very clear yet not very friendly. I always had the feeling that i am not a beloved guest.
Check in was terrible.
I travelled since many years and many countrys and this was the first time ever that someone needed an consigne. Stop that.
It was necesary that we need to sepcify a specific arrival time.
When you are traveling, especialy with kids, this is not always possible. Stop that.
We are in Holiday, no need to have more stress with check in.
I highly recommend for check in to use a key box, a description for the way to the garage and flat. And no personal staff contact!
Helpfull would be an explanation for the garbage. We found no place for empty glass bottles. I have no idea how this works in france.
