New, very comfortable and clean. Great bed quality.wonderful view from the balcony.

Quite far from the city center if you have to take the Bus count 45 min. By car 15-20min.

Upon arrival, you get no information, just someone showing you how to unlock the several doors but not talking to you. the blinds in the kitchen don’t work (they are there , but they are not functioning) and the AC in the attached living room didn‘t work either. It took us one unpleasant night and some valuable time the next day to find a solution (the AC control mounted to the wall needed new batteries!). Besides, when someone is sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room, you can not use the blinds: so you’ll have bright day light early in the morning. The balcony looks like it hats some kind of roof, but however there is no shadow , i.e. protection from sun and rain, good to know! Next problem: you can not use the pool! If you do, you find yourself in an immediate fight with the housekeeper and some neighbours. Disappointingly, there was no help from the manager. You can not reach someone directly, you don’t even have a name; you leave a message and the 1st time I got a response 24 h later, the 2nd time no response at all

The property is very nice, although it is a bit far from the city centre, there are always some buses going from morning to very night, which very convenient. All the facilities especially kitchen ones are very good quality as well.

Should put some more toilet tissue paper just in case
