Clean. Dishwasher works, oven works, washing machine works. Furniture is not old or broken. Nice compact balcony. Cutlery present.
Warm water is limited per day. Once used entirely, you have to wait until morning. If you're family of 4, it means everyone needs to spare. No beach accessories. I had to buy everything, including beach umbrella (which I left at the property, so future guests avoid the hassle). It's a bit far from beach if you don't have a car and reliant on public transport. Closest beach is about 30-40 minutes away by walk, 15 away by bus number 51, but that one doesn't go after 20:00.
