Cozy apartment with a courtyard, a few minutes from the old village of Bellagio.The apartment, located on the ground floor, is characterized by a beautiful courtyard furnished with a sofa, two armchairs and a dining table. The entrance opens onto the dining room featuring a table and a fully-equipped kitchen with a microwave, an oven, a toaster, a juicer and a kettle. The living area also includes a living room with a single sofa bed and a TV. The sleeping area consists of a modern bedroom with a queen-size bed and a large closet, and of a study/work room with a desk next to the bedroom. A bathroom with a shower completes the layout.At guests' disposal amenities such as free wifi, washing machine, iron, air conditioning and heating. *In the area where the accommodation is located there are no taxis or public transport available for short local transport. It is therefore advisable to reach the destination by car. *Please be advised that this accommodation is located near a busy street. To mention some of them, Villa Melzi boasts many works of art and 18 km of paths in its garden, and Villa Serbelloni, today a conference center of the Rockefeller Foundation, features a wonderful garden as well. The old town, with its numerous shops located along narrow streets with steps, passages and arcades, is renowned all over the world and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, you can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the top of Monte San Primo, reachable with a dense network of paths and itineraries for lovers of trekking and nature. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como. The apartment is 1 hour and 20-minute drive from Orio al Serio Airport.
