Newly renovated spacious and clean appartement

Newly renovated spacious apartment. It was very clean and the location was convenient. It was located not in the center but easy to park the car and in 15min drive you can be in the city center. Very nice hostess to welcome you and explain everything.

more a tip to further improve. Cooking with the supplies that are in the kitchen would have been challenging. there is a nice big terras, however no furniture to sit. this could be an improvement. There is airconditioning, however no remote control. we stay at a time when it was just ok(26deg), but during summer this would be needed in this appartement.

Appartamento accogliente e spazioso. Letti molto comodi, bagno pulito completo di tutto. Appartamento completo di tutto, lavastoviglie microonde e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare. All’interno abbiamo trovato anche dei giochi per bambini che sono tornati utilissimi per i miei figli. Zona silenziosa e a 10 min dal centro. Lo staff gentile e disponibile per ogni richiesta. Alles was zeer goed! Aangenaam appartement, airco werkte zeer goed, we konden zelf koken, de bedden waren mooi opgemaakt. Alles proper. Top!

We hadden graag een sfeerlampje voor bij de televisie gehad. Ook de lampen in de lusters waren nogal fel. Een droogrek zou ook een goed idee zijn.

Fantástico, repetiríamos sin duda

El apartamento está muy limpio, es muy funcional y moderno. La anfitriona un 10, nos ayudó en todo y nos explicó puntos de interés, restaurantes locales… Aunque no está en el centro de Verona eso no es un problema porque de hecho Verona se ve en un día y el resto de dias necesitas coche para ir a visitar otros lugares como Venecia, lagos… Al estar en una zona residencial no hay problema de aparacamiento en la calle. Zona segura.

Verona Urban Apartment este amplasat cumva la periferia Veronei, cu avantaje - liniste, trafic redus dar si cu un dezavantaj minor - o plimbare pana in centrul Veronei inseamna taxi sau transportul local. Parcarea auto se poate face in spatele caselor, o zona privata linistita si exclusiva. Amenajarea case (apartament) este deosebita, mobilierul este modern, adecvat si cumva nou, totul este functional, spatiul la dispozitie este generos. Michela este o gazda extraordinar de grijulie si de atenta. La sosire ne-a oferit informatii pretioase despre cum sa calatoresti in Verona, ce sa vizitezi, cum sa ajungi la locurile dorite.

Singura observatie care pot sa o fac este legata de aerul conditionat din apartament, care este mare (cred ca are 12000-18000 BTU) si degeaba. Fiind dispus pe hol, scade mult eficienta lui, doar o mica parte din aerul rece patrunde in cele 2 camere. Daca vrei aer conditionat doar intr-o camera, trebuie sa inchizi usa la cealalta. Mult mai eficient ar fi 2 aparate de aer conditionat sau un double-split (cele mai mici de pe piata - 9000BTU) amplasate individual in cele doua camere, astfel incat functionarea lor sa fie simtita imediat, nu dupa un timp insemnat (30 min la 1 ora)

Asunto oli tilava, moderni ja erittäin siisti sekä hyvin varusteltu ja kauniisti sisustettu. Kaikki huoneet ilmastoituja. Hyvät sängyt ja laadukkaat petivaatteet. Ylellinen kylpyhuone, jossa sadesuihku! Asunnossa myös tilava parveke, missä oli mukava juoda aamukahvit. Asunto on rauhallisella alueella, ja läheltä löytyy hyvin palveluita sekä loistava pizzeria. Auton sai pysäköidä ilmaiseksi kadun varteen. Michela oli erinomainen emäntä, hän oli erittäin ystävällinen ja antoi hyviä neuvoja ja vinkkejä. Suurkiitos ja erityismaininta joustavasta uloskirjautumisajasta!

Merveilleuse découverte tant bien la ville, ses bontés que le logement!

L'appartement est vraiment agréable, propre bien aménagé avec un balcon topissime et c'est un réel plaisir y séjourner avec deux enfants en bas âge. La mise à disposition du matériel pour enfant est vraiment un plus! Hôte aux petits soins. On reviendra!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Vérone.

L’emplacement par rapport à Vérone. Possibilité de prendre un bus pour se rendre à Vérone. L’appartement est sécurisé et il est possible de trouver une place pour garer la voiture gratuitement. L’appartement est très propre et propose tout le nécessaire pour un séjour. Notre hôte est adorable et très serviable et répond rapidement à toutes questions pour nous aider. Michela parle bien le français ce qui est rare.

On entend les voisins. L’appartement est bien isolé par rapport à l’extérieur mais moins à l’intérieur.

Esperienza positivissima... torneremo sicuramente!!!

Appartamentino veramente grazioso, super nuovi gli arredamenti e tutto curato nei dettagli. La signora Michela ci ha accolti impeccabilmente e si è resa disponibile per qualsiasi info sulla città, ci ha fatto trovare anche una mappa e un dépliant informativo con tutto quello che poteva servirci (supermercati, bar, farmacia, pizzeria) e che si trovava nelle vicinanze! L'appartamento odorava di pulito e di nuovo e tutto era stato preparato alla perfezione per accoglierci dai letti agli asciugamani in bagno! Zona tranquillissima e abbastanza silenziosa... Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa!!!

Davvero notevole! Lo consiglio! Offre tutto!!! Materassi comodi, possibilità di regolare la temperatura in ogni stanza. Tapparelle elettriche. Riscaldamento a Pavimento, prese con usb, illuminazione non invadente, pulizia impeccabile, cabina doccia, pure forno con funzione micro onde, piano induzione ed anche lavastoviglie… la prima volta che do 10… che volere di più?

Consiglio un pentolino per il latte, il forno microonde è una bella cosa ma per una persona non avvezza alla tecnologia è preferibile utilizzare il piano induzione mettendoci sopra il pentolino tra le cose direi non tanto positive e ingresso con codice numerico cancelletto e 1 porta blindata! Stessa cosa per le tapparelle elettriche! Se c’è un black out non si potrebbe entrare… per uscire non ci sarebbero problemi perché al massimo le tapparelle non si alzano essendo elettriche…
