Location is perfect :) Very central location, buses all around, a lot of facilities nearby, but not noisy at all. Apartment was very spacious and had good amenities, kitchen is stocked with everything you’d need, bed and sofa were comfortable and there are extra towels available. It’s on the fifth floor and there’s an elevator to the top. Easy to locate, if you’re taking a taxi or a bus from the airport or bus station, it’s a few minutes (easy) walk to the property as it’s located on a pedestrian street.

-Communication was a bit tricky with the host as they had an automated response then responded later on. -The AC was dripping water in the balcony and the faucet was leaking in the bathroom. - The apartment was clean but the bleach smell was strong the first day and the shower drain wasn’t clean. - The AC was in the living area only, there’s an opening in the wall allowing air to the bedroom but sometimes it wasn’t enough.

The air conditioning was weak bedroom hot at night

La vaste terrasse ombragée et fraîche même lors des journées les plus chaudes est superbe. La vue sur la mer, la montagne et la cathédrale aussi. La literie est confortable, et la cuisine parfaitement équipée. La localisation en plein centre permet d’atteindre tous les lieux touristiques à pied. Depuis l’aéroport, l’accès est très facile en bus. Le gérant est très réactif et répond à chaque question avec précision et gentillesse. Merci pour la belle corbeille de fruits, le café, l’eau minérale et bien d’autres choses encore!

The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Heraklion, and all its winding alleys and streets. The view from the balcony was great too looking out across the roof tops to the sea. The owner of the apartment was friendly and easy to contact.

It had air conditioning which kept the apartment cool, but it would be even better with an air con unit in the bedroom.
