Great property, everything you could need.
This property is in a fantastic location: great for local pubs, walks and shops. It has allocated parking for 2 cars and plenty of room for 4 friends (and a dog) to enjoy a weekend in the Cotswolds. It was also very easy to request and pay for the dog to stay with us.
The check-out is at 10am. As it is self-catering, leaving on a Sunday was a rush as we had to eat breakfast, wash up, pack and leave by 10am. This is unusual these days and most places would provide an 11am check-out. We didn't ask for this because we didn't think about it until we arrived, so perhaps they offer?

Awful. We were frozen.
No one replied on the emergency number provided or answered my email asking for help to turn the heating on. Our party included two elderly people and two with health issues. What should have been a memorable stay was spoilt due to the incompetence of the company.

Grubby and tired, but it'll do in a pinch - check the dishwasher
Location was excellent. Bedrooms were sufficiently spacious. Top bedroom had a comfy mattress. Parking was very helpful. Top floor shower was powerful and easy to use. Bedding was clean and comfy. Curtains plus blinds meant sleeping after dawn wasn't a problem.
What would be handy would be a little laminated card with clear illustrations of where the allocated parking and small patch of garden are, as it's a bit of a muddle otherwise.
Cleanliness... décor... Effort, really.
So, mould all over the shop, in the usual corners of bathrooms, including the bottom of the laundry basket (just get a new one). Use mould resistant bathroom paint and mould resistant grout. They cost a little more but when you are hosting you need to invest that or you end up with reviews like this. Couldn't make the top extractor fan work either.
Living area felt cramped as they'd put a family dining table in there, in between the one sofa and the TV. Sofa was tired. TV was blocked. Radiators were all rusty (and were cheap to begin with - standard landlord jobs) and at least needed repainting. Bathroom shelves were designed to have minimalist brackets holding them up, but this meant they were sagging so things slide off them. Toilet seat in first floor was crooked, I found it was missing 3/4 of the little feet that usually keep the seat off the rim of the toilet bowl. Needs replacing, as does the toilet brush, as does the towel ring in that bathroom which is loose and swings around in use. The window catches on the top floor are also very loose and feel like they will break soon. A bit of a concern if you use that room for children. Top floor pedal bin doesn't work. Shower in first floor bathroom is also not good - luckily the top floor cubicle shower is much better.
So far, these are all minor gripes and almost feel picky, but that's a LOT of minor gripes which add up to convey a sense of neglect.
My main objections were hygiene-related, in the kitchen. A washing sponge was provided, but it was well-used and kinda gross. We left a newer sponge, but honestly, you shouldn't have to use a second-hand sponge at this price. Much worse, the dishwasher filter looked like it never got cleaned.

Didn’t know it was on 3 floors. I don’t think this was made clear on the information.
Parking. The instructions very clearly said park on the left. I parked on the far left but got a message on my car window telling me that that space belonged to number 2 and that I should park “in the middle of the hedge”. Maybe a photo of the parking space would make it clearer.
Kitchen - a jug would have been good - the pans couldn’t be used to pour into glasses.

Great location for the Walking Festival - brilliant double rooms with en-suites!
Bedrooms were great; we also appreciated the parking for 2 cars, the garden and the neighbours were super friendly
The downstairs serves as a kitchen, dining area and seating area; we were ok, as we were out all day with the walking festival and just 2 single ladies; we felt that if we had been 4 people the ability to relax and watch TV would have been uncomfortable

Perfect little cottage for couple or 2 friends.
We were very pleased with everything. Everything you could possibly need in kitchen and bathroom was provided. We cooked on 2 evenings. . All modern and in excellent condition. Nice thick curtains and blinds and whole house was good temperature Good parking space and nice little garden to sit outside and drink our prosecco! Very suitable for 2 friends or one couple. We were very impressed with fast response from agent when we needed new toaster. A new one arrived within a couple of hours. Nice that shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. Great location to start walks and very close to White Hart pub for eating out.
The oven was complicated to use so we didn't. Would be good to have user-friendly instructions. The manual was not detailed enough. Would have been good to have instructions how to open windows as this wasn't intuitive either. These are very small things which didn't spoil our overall enjoyment.
Would not recommend for 2 couples as they would find too cramped. 2 people is ideal number

No freezer at all ( have never stayed anywhere where there isn’t a small ice box in the fridge at the very least ) was disappointed by this .
Bin in kitchen badly dented so lid didn’t fit properly had very dirty inside the bin!

The location is fantastic a very short walk from cafes, shops and pubs and walks from the door step.
To address some of the previous reviews. There was plenty of utensils, two cafeterias and the sofa did not smell

Excellent location. Quiet but only a 2 minute walk from the village, 10 minute walk to Sudeley Castle. The path along side of the cottage leads to excellent walks up the hillside with great views of the area.

Loved the cottage itself, sorrounded by a wonderful small town. Comfortable bed and facilities. Private rooms and separate bathrooms make for a wonderful shared experience.
We asked for a hairdryer and stopped receiving Updates after the contact said he'd bring one. There's no drying rack or dryer, which makes the washing machine relatively useless.
