House was very clean, in a central location to get to the festival which is what we were there for.

It was 105 degrees outside and we were unable to lower the thermostat below 73 degrees. I honestly thought this was unacceptable considering how horribly hot it was outside.

Fabulous spaces, spotlessly clean and lovely pool & spa. Very well fitted out.

Needed a waiters friend - useless bottle openers! Also, wire willer BBQ cleaners for grills. That’s all we were missing so pretty impressive!

The room with 2 king beds is very helpful when you have a large group. It was super clean and there was really no wasted living space - we used the living room, dining room, kitchen, and outdoor amenities well.

2 bathrooms = bit of a squeeze for 10 people. Pool and spa were great, but the pool is more for leisure than swimming laps. It took me a little time to realize that some of the instructions on getting inside were sent via email and some via text, and that could possibly be because of IT security reasons. Like you don't want to put the instructions and the entry code into one message/one platform. Also the pool/spa really does 48+ hours to heat up, so you definitely want to order it early. And the spa doesn't get heated/going until you press the top 2 keys on the fob near the patio door. That's not mentioned unless you contact them; there's no house manual.
