Escape to your private pool oasis in Indio’s heart. This upscale retreat features 4 spacious bedrooms, a heated pool and hot tub, plus an inviting outdoor living area with a firepit. With full access to the entire home, it’s the perfect luxury getaway for large groups seeking relaxation and entertainment in the desert.
The space
Enjoy a beautifully designed home with stylish decor, high-speed Wi-Fi, and smart TVs in several rooms. The great room offers an open layout with a spacious sofa—ideal for gathering with friends and family. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a large dining area indoors, plus an outdoor dining space perfect for al fresco meals.

Spa & Pool Heating Policy
• Spa heating is included with your booking. The spa is not pre-heated prior to arrival, but you can turn it on anytime during your stay. It operates on a 3-hour timer and will automatically turn off after each cycle.
• Pool heating is available for an additional charge with a 2-day minimum requirement:
- $150/day to heat up to 88°F
- Pool maintenance is every Monday and Thursday.
You can request pool heating at any time—before or during your stay. Please note that it takes at least 24 hours to fully heat the pool.

Mariam was very responsive and the house was so fun to stay in. The house had 4 bedrooms and a nice pool in the back which was perfect for my group of 10. The place was only two miles away from the venue and very conveniently located near the grocery store. I would definitely stay here again!

The rental stated laundry was included which would be nice to have, but the property owner said it was a mistake. Rental also states that it can sleep 12 max, but they charge extra fees after 10 and the 2 other people have to sleep on air beds that were hidden in the down stair closet after communicating back and forth with the owner because they did not know where they were stored. Did not have adequate sheets for airbeds. Dining room chairs are uncomfortable and not made for hanging out since furniture was cheap. They did not supply trash bags or new sponges for the kitchen which was not very well appointed. It would be nice to have curtains in the main living room and some of the bedrooms to block out the bright light when you are trying to sleep in after being out all night at Coachella. They can do better given the fact that they charge the same prices as everyone else during festival season. Make sure to take pictures of the rental just in case they want to file an insurance claim for damages already there before you arrive.
